Service/Maintenance
We can offer an experienced service engineer to visit your site to provide routine maintenance and inspection on both Northey machines and other compressors, blowers, fans and vacuum pumps.
Routine Maintenance
Should an overhaul be required, Northey is equipped to carry out either on-site servicing or full overhauls in our workshop. We aim to have an engineer available on site within 48 hours.
Method statements and other required documentation are prepared in advance of a visit to keep delays to a minimum. In addition our service vehicles are fully kitted out and carry both consumable spares and the necessary tools to facilitate any unplanned requirement i.e. replacement of damaged filter elements or worn belts/coupling, etc. We are a framework supplier to several major utility boards, and understand the importance of method statements and correct on-site procedures.
Commissioning
As part of our total project management Northey can offer a number of experienced service and commissioning engineers to come and visit your site to assist with installation and commissioning of your new project.
In Situ Repairs
We understand the need to keep plants up and running in the face of repairs. Wherever possible we will attempt to diagnose and fix your problems on site to keep costs down and disruption to a minimum.
