For total peace of mind, we offer service contracts with scheduled visits to monitor machine performance and advise on condition. This has proved extremely popular for those customers who have limited support personnel.

The main benefits to you would be:

• 4 off quarterly visits to site to carry out a written report on machine/s condition and carry out basic maintenance as required (excludes supply of parts unless part of contract).
• All repairs and/or work carried out include full parts and labour guarantee on parts replaced for 12 months.
• Guaranteed turnaround on standard repairs within 10 days, with major parts generally kept in stock.
  
• Priority on service exchange machines where available.
• Full removal and re-installation service available for overhauls or repairs carried out off-site.
• Discount of 15% on all components (parts), including repairs and standard overhauls.
• Discount of 10% on new machines.
